For some reason the Option tab and Permalink selection are missing from the dashboard left hand side bar.
Type your blog name instead of ‘yourblogname’ in the following URL

Ozh’ Absolute Comments Plug-in, was conflicting with the new version of Wordpress MU. We have disabled it on all blogs. If the plug-in is fixed at some time we may make it available again.
The problem was it did not allow approval of comments so they displayed publically on the blogs. The screen would hang.
