Thank you for visiting my new blog!  As a homeschool mom, I spend a lot of time investigating the wide variety of options that are available for everything from curriculum to co-ops.  From organizing one-day-week classes, to joining other families for a park day — and everything in between, I can appreciate how busy it is for moms.  The Connected Homeschool is my way of sharing with you what I have learned, and continue to learn about the wide range of resources that are available.  We will cover topics like how to make good choices, and how to avoid being overwhelmed by all of the options.  If you can leave my blog with a smile, I will be doubly blessed.  May both your day and your homeschool be filled with joy.

I am also launching a free on-line resource directory for homeschoolers!  Homeschool families across the U.S. will have a powerful, easily searchable, FREE, on-line directory to find resources in their own towns, or across the country.  We’re currently under construction, but welcome you to take a look.  I think you will be as excited about the Homeschool Phone Book as we are.  Please visit us at www.homeschoolphonebook.com.

I would love to hear what you think!  YOU and all of our homeschool friends are a very important part of our pre-launch.  Please post recommendations for all your favorite local homeschool resources, tutors, classes, field trips, and businesses that offer discounts to homeschoolers in your area.  Remember to include your own homeschool family business!  If you have a family business, let other homeschoolers know about the services you offer so we can support you.

We are working hard to make Homeschool Phone Book the most user-friendly, comprehensive, FREE directory available for homeschool families from coast to coast.

If you or a friend needs help finding resources during our pre-launch, or you would like to recommend a resource, give us a call at 1-888-410-HSPB.  We would be happy to help you locate the resources you need.

Homeschool Phone Book is committed to:

  • Helping homeschool families — quickly and easily find the local and national resources they need.
  • Businesses that serve homeschool families — helping them to provide the information that homeschoolers want to know about their businesses quickly and conveniently.
  • Homeschool authors and self-publishers – helping them to share the wonderful resources they develop for our families without costly advertising campaigns that only reach a few of those of us that are looking for what they have to offer.
  • Promoting homeschool family businesses – Get listed and let fellow homeschoolers know about the services you provide!  Regular listings are FREE.
