Maple Syrup at Stage Nature Center
Feb 8, 2010 — jodiRegister for the Maple Syrup tour at Lloyd A Stage Nature Center on March 6 or March 13, 2010. Short intro to maple syruping indoors, then hike the trails to see how sap is collected. Then stop in the sugar shed and see the wood-stoked sap evaporator in action. The tour ends with syrup tasting over warm mini-pancakes.
Cost is $5.00 at the door. Register by calling Stage Nature Center at 248-524-3567. Starts every half hour between 9:00am – 3:30pm and last approx 1-1/2 hours. For ages 4-adults.
